How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. Open the store app on your device, go to your subscriptions, and cancel Shift Log+ from there. You keep access until the end of your paid period.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account directly from the app under Settings, or use the Delete Account page. All your data is permanently removed.

I forgot my password — how do I reset it?

Use the Reset Password page or tap "Forgot Password" on the login screen in the app.

My hours aren't calculating correctly — what do I do?

Check your job settings in the app — make sure your hourly rate, overtime rules, and pay period start date are set correctly. If you're still having trouble, email us and we'll help you get it sorted.

Can I use Shift Log+ on multiple devices?

Yes. Sign in with the same account on any device and your data syncs automatically. One membership covers unlimited devices.
